Object: informative according to article 13 of the Decree law 30.06.2003 nr. 196 “Protection code of personal data”

CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER, EMPLOYEE AND THIRD PARTY REPORT

The Acque Minerali S. r. l. company, holder of the handling of data concerning trading relations and existent and future reports with its suppliers, advisors and customers, employees and third parties in compliance with the established article 13 of the Decree law 30.06.2003 nr. 196 “Protection code of personal data”, gives the following report on handling of personal data of its suppliers, advisors, employees and customers:

. Data is gathered for administrative, contractual, trading, statistical and promotional purposes.

. Handling is carried out by the means of informatics, telematic, magnetic and paper support.

. Gathering of data is obligatory to comply with all accounting, legal and trading obligations. Lack of such data which are not referable to legal or contractual obligations will be valued each time by the Holder and will determine the consequent decisions regarding the importance of requested data with respect to management of trading relations.

. The receivers of data, it being understood that communication and diffusion effected by executing law obligations, can be the following subjects: company people according to area of competence (trade, production, administration), companies with which Acque Minerali s.r.l. collaborates and to which is linked by a contractual relation, situated in Italy or abroad, agents and representatives of the written, factoring companies, credit collection companies, credit insurance companies, banks, leasing societies, professionals and advisors, trade unions and trade associations, data processing companies, trade information societies and transport companies.

. Data will be handled for the whole duration of the established contractual relation and also following to fulfil all law executions not to mention all future trade and marketing purposes concerning promotional and sales operations of products carried out by sending advertising material or by using other trade communication systems.

. The concerned may exert rights according to article 7 of Decree law 30.06.2003 nr.196
