This year Lurisia water, long well known for its therapeutic and organoleptic qualities, put on a new dress, and in order to reach this goal, it has been helped by unquestioned protagonists in each one of the fields involved in the realization of the project.
Here comes then the creativity of Sottsass Associates, unquestioned masters of the italian design; the technical know-how of Guzzini ever since dressing the daily life with products that match together functionality and aesthetics; and then the Saint-Gobain Vetri, world leader in the production of glass.
Protagonists in the excellence for a result of excellence: that is how a star is born.

Lurisia water is excellent in nature and it is commercialized in the two Stille (drops) and Bolle (bubbles) versions. Stille is the mountain natural water bottles as it comes from the source and Bolle is the mineral water added with CO2 from a natural deposit. These waters are the answers to those who search emotions and exclusive pleasure in food, always asking for the highest guaranty on the product.
In order to express all this, Sottsass Associates have designed a bottle with a unique character.
The starting idea was to think about a bottle for water as elegant as the cutlery, the glasses, the clean table-cloth, enhancing the visual aspect on the table.
The design of Lurisia bottle is simple and transparent thanks to the use of delicate curves, with colors, shades and volumes that recall and conjure in every particular the presence and the spirit of the water.
The bottle has been made unmistakable by a transparent and colorful plastic cap, giving it elegance, character and it also guarantees the perfect sealing; this touch of elegant recognizability has been made by Guzzini.
All the know-how of a company able to mould plastic materials according to its own needs, making them versatile, refined, and matchable to any other material, like glass, metal or porcelain, has been transferred to such a small object.
The glass bottles have been produced by the Saint-Gobain Vetri that, besides standard glass containers, also makes tailor-made bottles and vases, making a brand unique and immediately recognizable. This recognized skill together with the common goal to propose quality and environment-friendly products, made the two companies converge naturally into the execution of this project.
All we have to do now is a big round of applause to the birth of this new interpretation of excellence of the values of Lurisia and made in Italy.
